Fachliche Bestimmung: Comprehensive RMA process (Return of Merchandise Authorization): customers or service technicians report returns. The system gives an RMA number, leads the warehouse worker through the quality and error check, returns the goods to stock without error and automatically encourages the creation of credits or replacement deliveries.
